La construction de la toute premi\u00e8re raffinerie d’or en Guin\u00e9e est engag\u00e9e.Chose qui avait \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 mainte reprise sous les r\u00e9gimes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.Dans le pass\u00e9, des d\u00e9crets avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet, mais sans aucune suite favorable,\u00e0 cause des conflits d’int\u00e9r\u00eat entre les cadres \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
De nos jours,les nouvelles autorit\u00e9s du pays sont sur le point de reussir l\u00e0 o\u00f9 leurs predecesseurs ont \u00e9chou\u00e9.Gr\u00e2ce au Management et \u00e0 la confiance du chef de l’Etat port\u00e9 \u00e0 Monsieur Ibrahima sory CONT\u00c9,Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Bureau National d’expertises de Diamants,or et Autres mati\u00e8res pr\u00e9cieuses(BNE),soutenu par son Minist\u00e8re de tutelle, Minist\u00e8re des Mines et de la G\u00e9ologie.Le r\u00eave d’avoir une rafinerie d’or en Guin\u00e9e est entrain de devenir une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
L’Etat a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis \u00e0 disposition un domaine au quartier gb\u00e9ssia\/cit\u00e9 de l’air,pour construire cette infrastructure.Sur les lieux,le terrassement et la cl\u00f4ture sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 achev\u00e9s.En plus, les Machines sont mobilis\u00e9es sur le site, pour le demarrage de la construction de l’Usine.Objectif permettre \u00e0 la Guin\u00e9e d’obtenir sa premi\u00e8re rafinerie d’or,dans un bref delai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cette rafinerie d’Or va appoter plus de valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie guin\u00e9enne; cr\u00e9er des milliers d’emplois directs et indirects, et fournir sur le march\u00e9 international, l’or raffin\u00e9 sous le labbel de la Guin\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cependant des esprits maltentions tapis dans l’ombre veulent faire des manoeuvres dilatoitres pour compromettre,la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet.Les manifestations du 28 septembre 2023 de certains jeunes de bgessia\/cit\u00e9 de l’air, s’assimilent \u00e0 des complicit\u00e9s dans ce sens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sous pretexte que c’est leur terrain qui leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9,au profit de la construction de cette raffinerie, Ces jeunes ont fait de la mauvaise foi,en allant s’attaquer aux travaux d\u00e9but\u00e9s sur le site ,vadaliser les locaux et les machines ,avant d’emporter avec eux les \u00e9quipements et les materiaux de construction.Cet acte anti-republicain ne doit pas rester impuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L’espace reclam\u00e9 par les jeunes, est situ\u00e9 dans la cit\u00e9 de l’Air,une cit\u00e9 appartenantt \u00e0 l’Etat.Et cet espace n’a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 octroy\u00e9 officiellement \u00e0 qui que ce soit.Mais, Comme la nuture \u00e0 horreur du vide, les jeunes ont profit\u00e9 de l’occasion ,en faire leur terrain de football. Sinon l’Etat reste et demeur le seul propri\u00e9taire de cet endroit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ce perimettre n’est pas choisi fortuitement,pour abriter la future usine de raffinage d’Or en Guin\u00e9e. Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du BNE, Ibrahima Sory CONT\u00c9 qui g\u00e8re ce projet au compte de l’Etat guin\u00e9en,est un expert en la mati\u00e8re.Professionnellement,Il n’entreprend rien sans expertise et sans privilegier l’int\u00e9r\u00eat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
C’est un secret de polychinelle,tous les experts avertis et avis\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re, recommandent la construction d’une raffinerie d’Or,dans une zone aeroportuaire ou proche.Ce \u00e0 cause de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le responsable du BNE ne veut pas derober \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En fin,selon les sources cr\u00e9dibles,le Minist\u00e8re des Mines et de la G\u00e9ologie, \u00e0 travers le BNE,est \u00e0 la recherche d’un terrain afin de satisfaire les jeunes.Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts que ces derniers ont caus\u00e9 au projet en phase d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
