Pour parfaire la Guin\u00e9e, le Pr\u00e9sident en est conscient, lucide et volontaire. Il a une vision tr\u00e8s large pour son pays qu\u2019il dirige, une d\u00e9termination exhaustive et surtout une probit\u00e9 fond\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9barrasser enfin, la Guin\u00e9e de la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9, la pagaille et la sordidit\u00e9 de tout genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je le sais et il est \u00e9vident que nous devons avoir confiance aux id\u00e9aux du Chef de l\u2019Etat pour agir sur notre quotidien et pr\u00e9parer notre avenir parce que chaque acte pos\u00e9 par lui contribue \u00e0 faire de la Guin\u00e9e un grand pays d\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re, de production agricole, d\u2019infrastructures exceptionnelles, un pays o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut vivre d\u00e9cemment en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans un environnement \u00e0 la fois respirable et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9. Avec lui, il est in\u00e9luctable de s\u2019accorder que la priorit\u00e9 sera donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole pour enseigner les savoirs fondamentaux, nos professeurs plus libres, respect\u00e9s et mieux trait\u00e9s, chaque jeune guin\u00e9en quel que soit son milieu social, sera form\u00e9 pour affronter le monde et choisir sa vie, l\u2019administration publique suivra le rythme entrepris dans le cadre de son perfectionnement et le programme de d\u00e9senclavement des zones recul\u00e9es se poursuivra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
